"To BREAKing Taboos"

I think talking about periods shouldn't be one big talk at a particular age. We many a times think ourselves as modern and consider talking about menstruation normal. But when it comes to talking, people tend to become shy or are extremely uncomfortable in talking about it, and that's where the problem arises. Many girls tend to get really nervous when this topic oozes out.
Not only talking about the negatives, let's divert the path to positives that have happened. Even though in many parts of the world menstruation is not taken seriously, many parts are starting to understand it and are on their way on breaking the taboos. By taboos, I mean not allowing girls to visit holy places during their so called 'periods'. Not in every household, but still in many parts it is believed . It's a natural and normal biological process that many people experience, yet it's surrounded by stigma and misconceptions in various societies. There are several reasons for these instances to happen: lack of education, discomfort in discussing a perfectly natural aspect of human biology. Many ways can be created to break this taboo: having open conversations , accepting and normalising menstruation and explaining the cause behind it to the unknowns.

Take a moment and think whether a period talk should be of any big deal!

While living in 21st century, considering ourselves to be modern and thinking that talking about menstruation wherever necessary is wrong, then we are making an extensive mistake ourself.

At the end, empowering every person to embrace their body's incredible journey is vitally important.
