How to lose weight smoothly?
Many people are worried how to lose weight and get tensed just because of their weight. I would love starting by telling each and everyone of you that never compare your weight with others. Comparing with others will never help you losing your weight. Instead, start working for your body. Some of the tips mentioned below will help you lose your weight.
2. Everyday, have a physical exercise for minimum 1 hour.
3. Not only exercise but also maintaining a balanced diet is very important.
4. Never lose hope in it, it will definitely take time so be patient.
5. Avoid consuming oil and sugar till the time you lose weight.
6.Any physical exercise is good like :- gyming, cycling , walking , running etc.
7. Love your body.
8. Consume more vegetables than carbohydrates.
9. Also, have some source of protein everyday like having daal or moong or any other thing for vegetarians . Non vegetarians can also consume eggs or any other source of protein.

These were some of the tips which had helped me lose my weight. I am sure if you start following these tips, you will definitely lose your weight and there is no rocket science applied in it. I would also like telling you that always be active and never be lazy like a sloth.
