- 12-15 digestive biscuits 

-1 and 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream 

-1/2 cup condensed milk and 3 tsp for binding 

-3 tbsp of rose syrup 

-1 tsp cardamom powder 

-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

-2 tbsp powdered sugar 

-1/2 cup cream cheese 

Garnishings 🍃 

-Raisins 

-Rasgullas [ cut it into half ]

-Rose petals
